Must meet minimum registration requirement by 5:00 pm on this date and continue to be a full-time student throughout the semester.

Must have a qualifying appointment with an effective date of census day or earlier to be eligible for tuition.

All Graduate Student Support Plan qualifying graduate appointments must be approved in the system on this day in order for students to be enrolled in the Graduate Student Support Plan health insurance plan (NCSU RA-TA) through Student Blue. For appointments entered after this date, students will have to remain on the University Mandatory Health Insurance Plan through Student Blue.

Deadline to submit GSSP special authorization or exception requests to the Graduate School for this semester.
