Wells Fargo Supplemental Fellowship
Program Summary
Funded through an endowment established by Wells Fargo Bank and administered by the Graduate School, the Wells Fargo Supplemental Fellowships are designed to assist in recruiting top new graduate students to our College of Management and our graduate program in Financial Mathematics.
Eligibility Requirements
These one-year awards are for graduate students who will be entering master’s and doctoral programs in the fall semester. International students are eligible.
Evaluation and Selection
Students may not apply directly for these fellowships. Instead, they must be nominated by their prospective Directors of Graduate Programs or Department Heads, who submit nominations to the Graduate School.
Selections are made by a committee of faculty appointed by the Graduate School and are based on merit (letters of recommendation, GRE scores and undergraduate/graduate GPA) and financial need.
Stipend and Fellowship Tenure
The annual stipend is $4,000 per academic year. The fellowships are for one academic year only and are not renewable.
Application Deadline
The graduate program in Financial Mathematics and the College of Management will be asked to submit nominations to Dr. David Shafer in the Graduate School. The Graduate School will announce the exact deadline in the call for nominations.
