New TA Workshop
On Friday, August 21, 2026 the Graduate School and its campus partners will host the annual New TA Workshop. It will be held in-person at the McKimmon Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION IS FROM 8 to 8:45 a.m. and participants need to arrive no later than 8:45 a.m. Those interested in attending must pre-register via this registration form before July 31, 2026 as lunch will be provided, at no charge, to those who pre-register. This event will include a series of workshops on a variety of teaching-related topics and participation in this full-day event can also be applied towards the Teaching Certificate. While this event is especially geared towards new TAs, all graduate students and postdocs with an interest in teaching are welcome to attend.
