Drop/Revision Deadline: MyPack Portal closes for student-initiated schedule revisions at 11:59 p.m. All schedule revisions made after this date will require a Schedule Revision form for processing. Last day to change to credit only. Last day to withdraw or drop a course, without a W grade.

Enrollment windows are assigned based on the number of hours a student has completed. This permits more senior students to enroll earlier, with the first enrollment window opening Oct 16th. Closer to the registration date, students can view their assignment on their Planning & Enrollment tile in the MyPack Portal.

Date by which all graduate students must apply to graduate in a given semester. A student must apply to graduate in order to participate in the graduation exercises, have their transcript posted, and receive a diploma. Date by which a thesis or dissertation student must unconditionally pass the final exam, have the ETD review, and be registered in the current semester in order to graduate at the end of the current semester. Students will not be allowed to register in the same academic program for any subsequent semester.

Lab tests, semester project reports and presentations are permissible during the final week of classes. Papers and homework may have a due date during the final week of classes only if scheduled in the syllabus. Students enrolling (registering) for the first time for the 2021 Spring semester on or after Nov. 18, 2020 will be required to pay their Student Account on the date of enrollment. *Students will also be assessed a $100.00 Non-Refundable Late Enrollment (Registration) Fee. *NEW graduate students are excluded from the $100.00 fee.
